Mental Health and Well-being
Supporting children to ensure they have optimum health and well-being is extremely important to us at St Patrick's.
All staff at St Patrick's have received training which allows them to promote our childrens' mental health and well-being. In addition to this, we have 3 staff in school who are trained in Mental Health First Aid and we are very fortunate to have a counsellor who works in school once per week.
In school, we frequently engage in activities to improve mindfulness, resilience and children's understanding of their own well-being.
