Thursday 2nd July

Have a lovely day today everyone.

Be kind and helpful to everyone you meet.

Tomorrow it is French day so I have chosen a famous french painter called George Seurat to learn about. Read the powerpoint carefully and then have a go at painting your own picture of the Eiffel Tower using the style of pointillism. If you have any paint at home use this and a cotton bud or the end of a pencil to create the effect. If you haven't any paint use felt tip pens.

This is a photo of the Eiffel Tower. Do you know where it is in France?

This is George Seurat's painting of the Eiffel Tower.

Can you believe it's the 1st of July already!!

Wednesday 1st July

Good morning everyone.

It's July and it's only two and a half weeks to go until the summer holidays!

Enjoy your lessons today, they are maths, literacy and RE.

Sorry everyone, I made a boo-boo yesterday and uploaded last weeks maths again! I promise I've got it right today!

Read through the PowerPoint below to find out lots of interesting facts about Wales! For your activity today I want you to design your own Welsh flag. The Welsh flag currently has a picture of the Welsh red dragon on it, but I want you to design a new one that includes different aspects of Wales! You might want to include a picture of St David, maybe a daffodil or even Mount Snowdon!

Monday 29th June

Good morning Year 2!

It's the start of a new week, so it's a fresh page in your book! Keep working hard and keep pushing yourselves.

Your lessons today are Literacy, Maths and Science.
