Making learning irresistible

Summer term 2019...

What a brilliant start to the Summer term! Here are some photos to show you what we have been learning......

We have been busy finishing our Spring topic in science.  Our last lesson was looking at bees, why they are endangered and what we can do to help. Watch out for our DT topic where we will be making wooden bee houses!

In maths, we have been learning how to measure length and height. We can use a ruler to measure small objects in cm and bigger objects in metres. Some children have made the link and can convert metres to centimeters and centimeters to metres. Well done children!

In literacy we have been learning facts all about David Walliams. We have written some brilliant non-chronological reports.

We are looking forward to our Country dancing competition. We have been practising lots and the dances are coming along brilliantly!

A huge well done to the children who are accessing times-tables rockstars at home, this is having a huge impact! We are now confident in 2,3,5 , 10 and the 4 times-table!
